My client is one of the UK’s market leading drinks business and currently they are seeking a Brand Manager to join them on an FTC basis for 9-12 months.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Brand Manager to join a fun, creative and high performing team whilst working on a leading UK consumer goods business with a portfolio of well-known household brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a major brand and play a key role in accelerating innovation, developing impactful marketing strategies, and driving sustainable brand growth. Working within a collaborative and high-performing marketing team, you will help shape the future direction of an established brand while delivering projects that make a real commercial impact.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Controller, you will be responsible for leading brand initiatives and supporting the delivery of annual marketing and commercial plans, driving forward the innovation pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Championing the brand internally and inspiring teams around its growth potential.
  • Supporting the development and execution of annual operating, marketing, and commercial plans.
  • Managing creative and activation agency partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive alignment, clarity, and successful project delivery.
  • Developing and supporting a robust innovation pipeline.
  • Building strong relationships across marketing, commercial, insights, and external partner teams.

The Candidate

We're looking for a passionate brand marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

You'll bring:

  • Proven brand management experience, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand P&L management and commercial performance drivers.
  • Experience managing external creative and activation agencies.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results through collaboration.
  • Strong strategic planning capabilities, underpinned by consumer and shopper insight.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful brand growth strategies.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and drive engagement across matrix organisations.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for building brands and delivering innovation.
