Luxury Brand Marketing Manager
London | Hybrid Working | European Scope | Premium Retail & Lifestyle Brand
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Luxury Brand Marketing to join a globally recognised premium retail and lifestyle brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-profile campaigns, experiential activations, customer engagement initiatives and luxury events across multiple European markets.
This position is heavily focused on event execution, experiential marketing and complex project delivery, making it ideal for a commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing premium brand experiences to life.
We are looking for a highly polished and proactive individual with proven experience within luxury, fashion, retail or lifestyle brands. You will be confident navigating complex stakeholder environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and delivering exceptional results with minimal supervision.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of campaigns and events that enhance customer engagement, strengthen brand awareness and uphold the highest luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination and execution of luxury events, experiential activations, hospitality experiences and premium brand initiatives across European markets.
- Manage projects from initial concept through to delivery, evaluation and post-event analysis.
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, production and operational delivery to ensure exceptional execution at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, Retail, Operations, Finance and Procurement, as well as external agencies and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, production partners, vendors and key stakeholders.
- Deliver innovative customer experiences that drive engagement, brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Manage invitations, branded collateral, gifting, staffing, AV requirements, inventory and event production.
- Support seasonal campaigns and omnichannel marketing initiatives across both physical and digital channels.
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines, premium standards and customer expectations.
- Assist with budget management, reporting, purchase orders and financial tracking.
- Support campaign roadmaps and internal communications across the wider business.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve customer experiences and maximise campaign impact.

About You
- Proven experience within luxury events, experiential marketing, brand marketing or premium customer engagement environments.
- Strong track record of delivering high-profile events and managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working within luxury, fashion, retail, hospitality or premium lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Comfortable working within ambiguity and able to independently take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
- Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Calm, professional and solutions-focused under pressure.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and luxury brand excellence.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Experience within omnichannel retail or consumer-focused environments is highly desirable.
- Additional European language skills would be advantageous.
