Brand Manager

London, Marylebone (Hybrid) - Creams Café

Brands build awareness. Great brands drive sales.

At Creams Café, we're looking for a commercially focused Brand Manager who understands that successful marketing isn't just about creative campaigns—it's about increasing guest visits, driving sales, growing market share, and delivering measurable business results.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll take ownership of national brand campaigns and local store marketing initiatives across our growing franchise network, ensuring every activity contributes to brand growth and commercial performance.

This role is ideal for someone who loves analysing performance, spotting opportunities, working closely with operational teams and franchise partners, and turning marketing activity into real revenue growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Driving sales through impactful national marketing campaigns and local Café marketing initiatives.
  • Working closely with franchise partners to identify opportunities to increase footfall, guest frequency and average transaction value.
  • Developing targeted local marketing plans that deliver measurable results within individual cafés and trading areas.
  • Analysing campaign performance, ROI and commercial KPIs, providing clear recommendations to improve results.
  • Identifying partnerships and promotional opportunities that drive awareness and generate revenue.
  • Using market trends, customer insight and competitor activity to shape future campaigns and business decisions.
  • Protecting and growing the Creams brand while ensuring all activity supports commercial objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
