Brand Manager – Respiratory - Slough - Hybrid Working

The Company

Our client is an ambitious and growing pharmaceutical company with an established UK presence and significant plans for continued growth.

The business has expanded considerably over the last two years and operates with a lean, collaborative structure. This gives people broad responsibility, strong visibility and the opportunity to make a tangible contribution without the layers often found in larger organisations.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a strategically important UK respiratory portfolio.

The portfolio includes an established lead brand with further growth potential, an important sustainability agenda and new assets in development. The successful person will be trusted to take hold of the portfolio, shape the brand plans and drive their delivery with a high degree of autonomy.

This is a particularly strong opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, working across functions and seeing the direct commercial impact of their decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
