We have seen successful growth and expansion within our company and we are currently looking for a very talented Brand Manager.
We are offering a £40,000 basic salary with an OTE of £60,000, plus a fantastic range of company benefits!
About the Role
As a Brand Manager you will be accountable for all aspects of the site, fostering manufacturer relationships, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and cost control and of course, people management.
You must have strong leadership skills, as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, whilst ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised, to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of each day.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the Motor Industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a main dealership management role and be totally committed to achieving excellence.
You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Marketing & promotion as well as management experience.
