Company Description

The Roehampton Sustainable Futures Hub (RSFH) is the University of Roehampton’s partnership platform for sustainability, connecting students, academics, community groups, NGOs, SMEs, and public sector partners across London to co-create evidence-led environmental solutions. Originating from the nationally recognised Empowering Communities for a Sustainable Merton pilot, RSFH now leads major sustainability and community engagement initiatives that build local capacity, expand green skills, and support applied research addressing real-world environmental challenges. The Hub’s work spans climate action, air quality, green and living infrastructure, circular economy innovation, and community-centered sustainability learning. Students play a central role through research assistantships, community partnerships, and project delivery, gaining practical experience in impact-focused projects. RSFH is led by Associate Professor Ayse Demir and supported by a multidisciplinary team of research assistants, working closely with partners such as A Greener London, The Community Brain, Kingston Hive, local councils, and London-based SMEs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
