About the Role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to become a strategic partner for clients by helping shape impactful marketing initiatives within the restaurant and hospitality space. You will manage diverse projects across branding, digital content, media, websites, and customer experiences. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver effective solutions. The position combines client relationship management, project coordination, and strategic thinking. You will play a central role in organizing priorities, guiding teams, and ensuring projects move forward successfully. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys solving business challenges and creating meaningful client outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Act as a strategic partner for clients, providing guidance and support to improve and execute marketing programs.
- Manage client projects from initial requests through delivery by defining requirements, coordinating resources, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Gather project needs and create clear briefs for internal and external creative, strategy, and media teams.
- Participate in team planning sessions to prioritize projects, tasks, and deliverables.
- Lead internal discussions around client expectations, project progress, and strategic direction.
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and updates using project management tools to maintain transparency across teams and clients.
- Support ongoing client communication by addressing questions, providing updates, and ensuring client needs are met.
- Facilitate recurring client meetings and provide project status updates across core and supporting initiatives.
- Present marketing strategies, content recommendations, and performance insights with a strong business perspective.
- Support additional projects and operational needs as business priorities evolve.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, account management, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in an agency environment is preferred, particularly within restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-focused industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Experience using project management tools and methodologies, such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools such as Slack.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and recommend effective solutions.
