Brand Lead & Creative Manager
North London (Finchley) | Full-Time
Are you a commercially minded creative leader who wants more than just another design role? We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing international health and wellness brand that sells premium consumer products in over 15 countries. As the business continues to expand globally and launch new product ranges, they're looking for a Brand Lead & Creative Manager to take ownership of the brand across every customer touchpoint.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build brands, influence business strategy and play a key role in a high-growth company.
The Role
Working closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing and Retail teams, you'll be responsible for leading the creative direction of the business while ensuring every piece of creative work supports commercial growth.
From packaging and websites to Amazon listings, retail presentations and digital campaigns, you'll ensure the brand is consistent, engaging and optimised for performance across every channel.
You'll also manage and mentor a Junior Designer while helping to build and develop the wider creative function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and protect the brand across all customer touchpoints
- Develop and evolve brand guidelines, visual identity and tone of voice
- Drive creative direction across packaging, digital, retail and marketing assets
- Produce high-converting creative for Amazon, Shopify and other eCommerce channels
- Create retailer presentations, sales collateral, product catalogues and brand decks
- Write creative briefs and manage external agencies and freelancers
- Work alongside Ecommerce and Paid Media teams to improve conversion and campaign performance using commercial data and customer insight
- Manage and mentor an in-house Junior Designer
- Support the launch of exciting new brands from concept through to market
- Help shape and scale the company's growing creative department

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and understands how great branding contributes to business growth.
You'll ideally have:
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior graphic design or brand role
- Strong FMCG or consumer products experience
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
- Experience managing or mentoring junior designers
- A strong understanding of branding and visual identity systems
- Experience creating packaging, marketing collateral and retail presentations
- Experience working across eCommerce and online marketplaces
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
