We’re partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturing business to recruit a creative, commercially minded Brand Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to do more than just manage a brand, someone who wants to help shape it, challenge thinking and play a key role in its next phase of growth.
Working with an established brand portfolio that continues to evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, use insight to uncover opportunities and help develop initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive commercial success.
You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, commercial, category and product to bring brand plans to life, combining creativity, consumer understanding and commercial thinking to make a real impact.

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + Benefits

What you’ll be doing
- Developing and delivering engaging brand plans that support business growth objectives
- Using consumer, category and market insight to identify opportunities and influence decision-making
- Supporting innovation, renovation and product development projects from concept through to launch
- Working collaboratively with commercial, category, product and marketing teams to turn ideas into action
- Monitoring brand performance and identifying opportunities to improve growth, relevance and customer engagement
- Bringing fresh thinking and new ideas to campaigns, initiatives and brand development activity
- Helping shape the future direction and positioning of the brand portfolio
What we’re looking for
- Experience within brand management, marketing or a consumer-focused product environment
- A commercially minded marketer who understands how to build and grow brands
- Someone curious, creative and not afraid to challenge traditional thinking
- Comfortable using data, insight and market trends to shape recommendations
- A strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and building relationships
- An ambitious individual who wants ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact
