Brand Manager
Brand Manager – Premium Single Malt Whisky

About the Role
We're recruiting for a Brand Manager to take ownership of a premium single malt whisky brand, playing a pivotal role in driving its growth across the UK and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management and development of a premium single malt whisky brand
- Bring the brand strategy to life through engaging marketing campaigns and activations
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and markets
- Develop compelling brand stories, presentations, and marketing materials for internal and external audiences
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Advocacy, Creative, and Production teams to deliver brand and commercial objectives
- Support new product launches, trade activations, events, sampling initiatives, and campaign execution
- Manage POS materials and distributor toolkits to ensure best-in-class execution across markets
- Monitor brand performance and identify opportunities to drive awareness and growth

About You
- Proven Brand Management experience, ideally within whisky or premium spirits
- Strong knowledge of the whisky category and understanding of whisky consumers
- A natural storyteller with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercially minded, with experience working cross-functionally across teams
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
