Shape the Future of Two of the UK's Most Recognised Food Brands by Leading the Growth of ProActiv and Violife Across the UK & Ireland.
Position: Brand Manager – ProActiv & Violife
Location: Southwark, London (Hybrid)
About The Position
This is an outstanding opportunity to shape the future of two of our most exciting brands across the UK & Ireland.
As Brand Manager for ProActiv and Violife, you'll take ownership of delivering commercial growth and building brands that connect with consumers. Working across the full marketing mix, you'll lead high-impact projects spanning innovation, renovation, packaging, content creation, media, shopper activation, and digital retail marketing.
Reporting to the UK & Ireland Head of Marketing, with a dotted line into the European Senior Marketing Manager for ProActiv, you'll collaborate with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Category, Innovation, and R&D to deliver outstanding commercial and consumer outcomes.

Your Mission Objective

Build Winning Brand Strategies
- Lead the UK & Ireland strategy for ProActiv and Violife, developing consumer-first growth plans that align with regional and global brand ambitions. Translate consumer insight and market trends into compelling brand plans that deliver sustainable growth.

Deliver Outstanding Brand Activation
- Lead the delivery of projects across the full marketing mix, including innovation, renovation, packaging, partnerships, shopper marketing, digital media, and content creation. Ensure every activation strengthens brand equity and delivers measurable commercial results.

Drive Commercial Performance
- Own key brand performance metrics, helping deliver P&L commitments through effective budget management, KPI tracking, and performance analysis. Use data and insight to optimise campaigns and identify opportunities for continued growth.

Build Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Category, Innovation, R&D, and external agency partners to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial objectives and delivers value for customers and consumers alike.

Inspire High Performance
- Bring positive energy, curiosity, and accountability to the Marketing team. Champion collaboration, encourage new thinking, and help build a culture focused on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results.
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who combines creativity with analytical thinking and enjoys turning consumer insight into business growth.
You'll Also Bring
- Experience in Brand Management, Assistant Brand Management, or a similar FMCG marketing role.
- A strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand planning, and the full marketing mix.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns, product launches, innovation, or renovation projects.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to understand performance metrics, budgets, and P&L drivers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the drive to take ownership and make things happen.
- A passion for food, consumer brands, and creating products and campaigns that people genuinely love.
