Brand Manager
North West London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
A leading UK consumer health and wellness business is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join its growing marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of established consumer brands within a highly successful business known for innovation, product development and market leadership. Working within a close-knit and entrepreneurial team, you'll have the chance to make a visible impact across brand strategy, campaign delivery and new product launches.
The Role
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of brands, driving awareness, engagement and commercial performance through integrated marketing activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of established consumer brands.
- Delivering ATL and BTL marketing campaigns across channels including print, outdoor, radio, partnerships and sampling.
- Supporting ambassador, licensing and partnership activity.
- Working cross-functionally to deliver brand plans and campaign execution.
- Managing agency and external stakeholder relationships.
- Supporting innovation and new product launch programmes.
- Monitoring brand performance, market trends and consumer insights.
- Managing budgets and campaign expenditure.
- Maintaining brand assets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

About You
We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Brand Manager position.
- FMCG, consumer healthcare, beauty, personal care or pharmaceutical brand experience.
- Strong understanding of both ATL and BTL marketing.
- Experience delivering integrated consumer marketing campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work collaboratively within a smaller team environment.

Location
The office is based in North West London, with free onsite parking available. Due to the office location and limited nearby transport links, this opportunity may particularly suit candidates who drive or have easy access to a car.
