Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious & driven Brand Manager to take ownership of the growing Campari Portfolio which includes brands such as Aperol and Campari. This person is responsible for building the brand strategy for the Irish market, building brand equity, and delivering volume targets within brand budgets, as well as managing relationships and liaising with the regional & global Campari teams, key retail groups, key bar groups, and Richmond sales teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop world-class brand plans and strategies to deliver brand objectives and drive brand growth.
- Take the lead and own the planning, coordination, implementation & evaluation of brand activation and visibility activity, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Commercial Manager.
- Effectively manage creative, PR, event management, and media agencies through on-boarding, clear briefings, feedback, reviews, and updates. Track performance and brand results for all projects and brand campaigns, using insights to inform future planning.
- Project management of brand campaigns from concept, design to executional excellence across all consumer touchpoints.
- Manage the Campari portfolio range, rationalisation, and launch of any new innovations and SKUs to the Irish market.
- Management of brand marketing budgets & delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget and achieve volume targets.
- Influence and educate the sales team on an ongoing basis and develop compelling sales decks with insights & USP’s.
- Be the ‘go to’ person in the business, who manages & tracks all aspects of the brand’s performance. (Distribution, rate-of-sale, sales Vs budget, spend Vs budget, SKU performance & opportunities).
- Coach, guide, and support the Brand Activation Manager with all marketing & trade-related activities, ensuring all strategies & plans are aligned with brand plans & are driving consumer & trade engagement in the most relevant & meaningful way.
- Brand Analysis – Responsible for monthly & quarterly reports on performance update, track brand launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Be the brand guardian for the Campari portfolio brands, making sure all brand designs, principles, tone of voice, and activations are a true brand fit and targeting the right audiences.
- Manage relationships with Campari Regional & global teams and implement the global brand strategy in a locally relevant way in the Irish market.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Understanding of the FMCG Industry (Alcohol Industry experience preferred) and the Irish retail & bar landscape.
- 3-5 years of brand management / consumer marketing / related experience.
- A passion for building brands.
- Analytical, strategic & ability to problem-solve.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task.
- Shows initiative and sees the opportunity in every challenge.
- Ability to work in an ever-changing & demanding environment.
- Commercially astute with sound budget management experience.
- People Management experience.
