Brand Manager (Consumer Foods)
PepsiCo UK – New Snacking Brand Creator
Overview
At PepsiCo UK, we’re proudly known for some of the nation’s favourite snacks and drinks—like Walkers, Quaker, Doritos, Pipers, and Monster Munch.
With operations spanning the UK, including our Quaker mill in Cupar and Doritos factory in Coventry, we’re home to one of the world’s largest crisp factories in Leicester.
We’re launching something new in snacking—built for how people want to eat today. Better choices, without compromising on taste, connection, or experience.
This isn’t just about putting another product on the shelf. We want to build a brand people choose, talk about, and feel part of. This role isn’t just about managing a brand—it’s about building one.
Key Aspects of the Role:
- Creating a community
- Building a story people connect with
- Showing up in culture, not just in campaigns
You’ll bring an entrepreneurial mindset—owning both the thinking and the doing. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, with the backing, scale, and capability to make it big.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
