Brand Manager - Europe - UK based

FMCG
📍 Near Slough, Berkshire - on the Elizabeth line (Hybrid)
circa ÂŁ45,000 - ÂŁ55,000 plus car allowance and bonus

As one of our most loved Iconic household brands, we're now expanding across Europe—and we’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead our growth in Europe.

We’re building something big—bringing bold, globally inspired flavours to more people across Europe. The category is growing fast, and we’re already leading in several markets. Now, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to help take things to the next level.

This role sits at the heart of our European growth strategy. You’ll help shape brand plans, launch new products, and identify fresh opportunities to expand our portfolio into new spaces. If you enjoy turning ideas into action and making a visible impact, this could be a great fit.

You’ll also work closely with distributor partners across different markets—so staying connected to local trends, consumer behaviours, and cultural nuances will be key.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
