Brand Manager - FMCG
📍 Maidenhead, Berkshire - on the Elizabeth line (Hybrid)
circa ÂŁ45,000 - ÂŁ55,000 plus car allowance and bonus
Are you passionate about building brands, launching innovative products and shaping the future of one of the fastest-growing food categories?
We're looking for an experienced Brand Manager with NPD experience to join and help drive growth across the portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a market-leading brand within a fast-paced, innovative FMCG business with ambitious plans for expansion.
About the Role
As Brand Manager, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering marketing plans, product innovations and growth initiatives.
A key focus of this role is exploring new product segments, identifying opportunities and bringing innovative ideas to market that deliver meaningful growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute brand plans.
- Lead the development and launch of new products and innovations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse consumer insights, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Category, Innovation and Supply Chain teams to deliver successful launches.
- Support brand performance through commercial analysis, including Brand P&L management.
- Champion a consumer-first approach in everything you do.

About You
You'll be an enthusiastic and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working collaboratively and thrives in a dynamic environment and has experience managing stage gate processes.
You'll also have:
- Marketing experience within a branded FMCG business.
- A proven track record of developing and launching new products.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- The confidence to challenge thinking and bring fresh ideas.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to influence across functions.
- Commercial awareness with experience working with Brand P&Ls.
- Experience working across international markets or with distributors is desirable.
