Brand Manager (London)

We’re a small but ambitious London-based startup on a mission to reinvent language learning through AI. Our flagship product is a mobile app that helps intermediate and advanced learners improve their English using cutting-edge AI technology.

We’re looking for an ambitious Brand Manager to take ownership of the Glite brand and help establish us as one of the world’s leading consumer AI brands in language learning.

Working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead the development and execution of our brand strategy across multiple channels, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a consistent, distinctive and memorable brand.

This is a full-time, office-based role located in Central London (Holborn).

Please read the job specification carefully before applying.

Role Overview

As Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for building, scaling and protecting the Glite brand across every customer touchpoint.

Our ambition is to become one of the world’s leading English language learning brands, recognised for delivering a product that is genuinely innovative, AI-first and unlike anything else in the market. We don’t want to be another language learning app—we want to redefine what people expect from one.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining strategy, creativity and execution. You’ll own the development of our brand across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction with Glite reinforces our positioning as a premium, cutting-edge and category-defining product.

You’ll work with external agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders to launch new brand initiatives spanning social media, SEO, AI search, PR, partnerships, thought leadership and other awareness-driving activities. You’ll continually measure performance, identify new opportunities and evolve our brand strategy as we grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
