The role will focus on marketing strategies and campaigns for Prime Video’s Global Original slate similar to the likes of The Summer I Turned Pretty, Off Campus, We Were Liars, amongst others.

You will negotiate with key business partners and global teams to gain alignment on marketing plans, and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution across international locales.

  • Lead and brief key teams on the development and delivery of International marketing assets across Production, Amazon owned platforms, Ads, Social, Creators, and ATL paid media channels.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders including leadership, studios, content teams, marketing, and PR to align on International campaign priorities and creative direction.
  • Be comfortable presenting to a wide range of partners from documents to decks, often with frequent updates to internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as agencies, talent, production companies, and creators to bring International campaigns across EU/LATAM/Canada to life in an authentic and culturally resonant way.
  • Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines.
  • Report on International campaign learnings to continuously refine your approach and raise the creative bar.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
