Marketing

Your responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the annual brand plan, partnering with global trade and brand teams to build a strong NPD pipeline and consumer centric communications strategy.
- Own the brand’s commercial performance by delivering against financial, P&L, and market share targets.
- Drive cross functional collaboration across Global Brand, Supply, Sales, Media, and Finance to deliver impactful innovation, activation, and commercial plans.
- Identify and champion Business Development Initiatives (BDIs) using deep consumer, shopper, and market insights to unlock incremental growth.
- Collaborate with the Digital Communications Manager to develop and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, shopper), partnering with agencies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Analyse brand and category performance data (Nielsen, Kantar, internal reporting) to diagnose issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support Trade Marketing with customer specific activation plans, channel strategies, and promotional calendars.
- Partner with Sales teams to equip them with compelling customer sell ins and ensure strong retail execution.

The experience we're looking for
- 4+ years’ experience in brand or FMCG marketing, ideally with UK market experience.
- Proven track record in launching NPD and driving projects end to end.
- Experience delivering 360° campaigns across TV, digital, social, OLV, PR and shopper.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High curiosity, initiative, and drive to succeed.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
