Brand Manager – Implementation Purchase Solutions Team Direct Parent

About the Role: Brand Manager – Implementation

You’ll shape the global brand transformation, ensuring Collinson’s refreshed identity translates into cohesive, customer-centric execution across all touchpoints. This is a hands-on, results-driven position where strategic planning meets real-world implementation—digitally, physically, and within partnerships.

Brand leadership meets transformation in action. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Head of Brand, Project Manager, and internal/external stakeholders to roll out our unified brand standards across 24 markets, driving:

  • Coherent visual/audience identity for all customer-facing expressions
  • Operational alignment: from digital assets to partner collateral
  • Cultural adoption within regional teams and cross-functional silos

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Delivery

  • Lead the rollout of the refreshed global brand across markets, platforms, and mediums:
    • Digital channels, product design, and marketing materials
    • Physical environments & retail spaces
    • Partner-delivered customer experiences (lounges, loyalty, retail partners)
    • Multi-lingual/RLD considerations -Translate brand strategy frameworks into actionable execution plans for teams, with clear ownership of rollout timelines.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Partner with Product, Digital, Marketing, Regional Teams, HQ Communications, and Partnerships to:

    • Embed brand consistency across all outputs
    • Resolve inconsistencies with faithful adherence to standards
    • Elevate team capability via guidance, toolkits, and demonstrations
  • Serve as the central authority for implementation queries, ensuring practical solutions for diverse needs.

Quality & Optimization

  • Review/approve all brand applications to maintain high standards across:
    • Creative output (graphic, copy, asset usage)
    • Marketing materials & collateral
  • Identify gaps, risks, and upsell opportunities in execution quality.

Assets & Governance

  • Contribute to the development of brand toolkits, font assets, and messaging templates to simplify application.
  • Inspect external agency/supplier work to ensure 全國規范 adherence, merging creative freedom with brand fidelity.

Requirements

Experience & Expertise

  • A track record delivering large-scale brand rollouts in a global, multi-market context (24-team scale minimum)
  • Hands-on experience in brand to implementation translation
  • Strong grasp of brand identities, typography, language, and visual/messaging guidelines across diverse industries
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies (creative/print) and senior stakeholders
  • Fast-paced delivery background—experience with launched brand shifts amid tight deadlines.

Technical Competencies

  • Confidence in balancing brand consolidation against localized appealing (market-specific exceptions)
  • Consistency across print, digital, and mobile assets
  • Mastery of adobe creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and responsive design principles
  • Experience with brand wikis/prd{prelude}otesine management systems (including Marketo, Canto, or Figma assets)

Soft Skills

  • An innate focus on detail along with a scrupulous eye for execution
  • Unwavering confidence in saying “No, but here’s why”

Commercial Mindset / Delivery

  • Ability to unified creative ambition and commercial objectives
  • Clear conversation style for explaining complex brand strategy to non-specialist teams
