Brand Manager – Innovation (9-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Industry

FMCG | Food & Beverage

Location

Hybrid (Home & Office Based)

Salary

£60,000–£65,000 + Excellent Benefits

Contract

9-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

We're partnering with one of the UK's leading FMCG businesses to recruit an experienced Brand Manager to join their marketing team on a maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the innovation agenda for a well-established consumer brand, working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, so we're looking for an experienced Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager with a strong track record in innovation-led brand management. Unfortunately, this role is not suitable for an Assistant Brand Manager looking to step up.

Reporting to the Marketing Controller, you'll take ownership of the innovation pipeline while supporting the delivery of annual brand and commercial plans. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and agency partners to bring innovation to market and drive sustainable brand growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
