Brand Manager (Internship)

Position: Brand Manager (Internship)

Location: London, Hybrid Duration: Six weeks

Lead a real transformational project—helping shape the future of one of the UK’s best-known health brands.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global FMCG business while contributing to a genuine strategic challenge.

Over six weeks, you’ll lead a high-profile project focused on ProActiv, one of the world’s leading heart health brands.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, with dotted line to the UK General Manager, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders across Marketing, Strategy, Category, Innovation, and R&D to define ProActiv's future direction.

ProActiv’s clinically proven proposition—natural cholesterol lowering in just 21 days—enables better heart health for millions. Despite half of UK adults having raised cholesterol, adoption of the brand remains low. Your challenge is to determine:

How can ProActiv become the most valued brand for people on their cholesterol journey, creating products, services, and experiences that align with their real needs?

This work will have real ownership, results that will be reviewed by senior leadership, and potential business-impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research into healthcare professional channels (GPs, pharmacies, nutritionists, dietitians) via:
    • Direct interviews
    • Ethnographic studies
    • Desk research

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
