Brand Manager | Maidenhead | Hybrid 3 days office

Are you an FMCG marketer with experience owning brand plans and commercial performance? Have you launched NPD and delivered 360 campaigns across ATL, digital, social, OLV, and shopper? Can you use Nielsen, Kantar, shopper, and market data to diagnose performance issues and recommend action?

The opportunity

This is a Brand Manager role with ownership of one of the UK's most recognisable household cleaning brands.

You will take responsibility for the annual brand plan, brand performance, innovation, campaigns, and commercial delivery. This is not a pure communications role. You will be expected to understand what is driving brand performance, what is not working, and what needs to change commercially.

The role would suit a commercially savvy FMCG marketer who enjoys pace, accountability, and cross-functional delivery. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-moving, complex environment where priorities can shift, and where you are expected to take ownership rather than wait for perfect conditions.

You will work closely with global brand, trade marketing, media, sales, supply, and finance teams, turning consumer, shopper, and market insight into plans that can drive growth.

What you will be doing

You will lead and deliver the annual brand plan, ensuring activity is aligned to financial, P&L, and market share targets.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the annual brand plan and turning strategy into clear activity
  • Owning brand performance against financial, P&L, and market share targets
  • Analysing brand, category, and market performance using Nielsen, Kantar, and internal reporting
  • Diagnosing performance issues and recommending corrective actions
  • Identifying growth opportunities through consumer, shopper, and market insight
  • Championing business development initiatives that unlock incremental growth
  • Supporting the NPD pipeline and helping bring innovation to market
  • Developing and executing integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, OLV, and shopper
  • Working with media teams and agencies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Supporting trade marketing with customer-specific activation plans, channel strategies, and promotional calendars
  • Partnering with sales teams to create compelling customer sell-ins and support strong retail execution

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
