Are you looking to join one of the most exciting SMEs within the healthy drinks space?

Here at Signature, we have partnered with an awesome SME who are looking for a Brand Manager to come in and work closely with their new Head of Marketing. The role is ideal for someone already working for a challenger brand in food and drink who has 2 or 3 years’ experience, but is now looking for a business that is going to scale rapidly. If you want to be part of that journey, there is a path in place for this person to grow to Head of Level and grow out a team of marketers who will report into them. Everything is in place; this is the time to join this amazing business. No day is the same, things come up, you need to be agile, you need to be comfortable with running with things, taking responsibility, and making things happen.

They have had investment from a big player in the space which has enabled them to grow aggressively and are consistently doubling turnover year on year!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This business has a real family-feel to them. They are very collaborative, where everyone digs in and helps each other out on a day-to-day basis! This is a real ‘roll your sleeves up’ environment and if doing that extra bit isn’t for you, you won’t be for them either!

They have recently expanded into a new category, which has just gone live in a major grocer and into the OOH channel, a very exciting time for them! They are looking for someone who is keen to further develop their skills in FMCG, or is eager to get into the industry and join a growing brand!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • FMCG marketing experience within a challenger brand.
  • Curious character and eagerness to learn.
  • Exceptional people & communication skills.
  • Good work ethic – a real go-getter!
