Location: London, Mayfair (with flexible travel requirements)
Summary
Join a groundbreaking luxury spirits brand as a Brand Manager. This permanent role involves shaping market leadership, driving consumer engagement, and embedding brand consistency across all channels.
As a key player in the team, you’ll collaborate with Group Head of Brand, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute high-impact strategies, launch innovative initiatives, and elevate the brand’s reputation in the competitive drinks industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration & Execution
- Develop and align with the Group Head of Brand to shape and implement campaigns, launches, and long-term brand strategies.
- Cross-Division Coordination
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring seamless alignment across Digital, Creative, Trade Marketing, and other teams.
- Creative & Visual Assets
- Support the Senior Graphic Designer by producing digital/print content that reflects brand guidelines and values.
- Supply Chain & Production Oversight
- Work with Procurement Teams to oversee the development of Point-of-Sale (POS), collateral, and packaging.
- Agency & Financial Management
- Manage agency relationships, and assist in budget tracking and finance-related tasks such as cost control.
- Research & Insights
- Conduct market research and benchmark competitors to inform brand strategies with data-driven insights.
- Content Leadership
- Maintain and edit the internal company newsletter, ensuring it reflects brand voice, purpose, and engagement with employees.
- Administrative & Operational Excellence
- Keep brand systems current, organised, and accessible while supporting special projects as required.

Essential Requirements

Experience & Industry Fit
- Minimum 3–5 years in brand management, ideally within luxury spirits, premium drinks, or high-end CPG.
- Proven success in brand-building, campaign planning, and executing strategic concepts in fast-paced environments.

Technical & Creative Skills
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, including consumer psychology and emotional branding techniques.
- Projects management skills with the ability to deliver under pressure and adapt strategies quickly.

Communication & Leadership
- Exceptional written communication, public speaking, and presentation skills from briefing executives to managing cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Passion & Self-Drive
- Enthusiasm for the luxury spirits sector and continuous learning about product trends, consumer behaviour, and industry evolution.
