Location & Contract
Hybrid – Hemel Hempstead (with expected travel to other Carlsberg Britvic sites) 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) – Full-Time

Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK, home to iconic brands such as:
- Beer: Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti, Brooklyn, Hobgoblin, and Wainwright
- Soft Drinks: J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence, Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea, Rockstar Energy
With 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depots, the business supports customers nationwide. Their unified mission is simple: "ensuring our people thrive."
The Role: Brand Manager – Premium Beer
Reporting to a Marketing Controller, this key role focuses on 1664, a flagship premium beer brand, driving growth in the UK.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 1664 growth strategy, expanding customer reach, increasing loyalty, and strengthening brand equity
- Translate long-term brand vision into commercially driven annual plans, owning brand and financial performance
- Lead end-to-end, multi-channel communications, ensuring seamless integration of:
- ATL (Above-The-Line) campaigns
- Digital & social media strategies
- Experiential marketing
- Shopper-focused initiatives
- Design and deliver high-impact integrated campaigns, balancing short-term gains with long-term brand building
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency, relevance, and distinction across all consumer touchpoints
- Own the creative process—from insight-led briefs to executing high-quality campaigns
- Manage & inspire agency partners, driving performance against timelines, budgets, and KPIs
- Engage key stakeholders and customers, advocating for the brand to harness growth opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams (insights, supply chain, finance, commercial) to deliver alignment and high-impact results
- Optimise the A&P (Above-and-Below-The-Line) budget, ensuring smart investment for maximum ROI
- Adopt a test-and-learn mindset to refine strategies, driving continuous improvement

Experience & Key Attributes
A proven track record in FMCG brand management, with the following essentials:

| Leadership & stakeholder engagement | Ability to navigate complex org structures, align cross-functional teams, and engage senior leaders |
| Operational excellence | Highly organised, adept at prioritising multiple initiatives while delivering measurable results |
| Business insight | Experience analysing brand health, cost optimisation, and value creation |
