Role Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies that strengthen brand identity, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth. This role involves overseeing brand positioning, planning integrated marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.

The Brand Manager collaborates with marketing, product, sales, creative, and cross-functional teams to execute branding campaigns and maintain a cohesive brand experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing brand guidelines
  • Coordinating product launches
  • Conducting market and consumer research
  • Evaluating campaign performance
  • Monitoring competitor activities
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance brand awareness and market presence

  • Ability to develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate brand strategies effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, creative agencies, and external partners.
