Brand Manager (Cadbury’s)
Contract type: Permanent
Location: Market Drayton

As Brand Manager for Cadbury Desserts, you'll lead innovation and flavour execution, deliver standout marketing campaigns and drive growth across a market-leading chilled portfolio. Partnering with the UK's number one FMCG brand, this is a career-defining opportunity to make a real impact and shape the future of an iconic category.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver innovation and NPD execution, project managing teams across the stage and gate process.
- Partner with sales teams to unlock distribution opportunities, monitor performance and ensure delivery of brand plans.
- Use data and consumer insight to shape brand strategy and support performance reviews and planning cycles
- Manage key relationships with Cadbury stakeholders, ensuring alignment on brand activation and commercial delivery.
- Partner with shopper marketing and agency teams to create engaging campaigns that drive reach and conversion
- Support and develop a direct report, helping them to grow and succeed

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within FMCG.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using brand or market data to inform decisions (e.g. Kantar/Worldpanel/Circana)
- Commercially minded with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results in customer-facing or licensing environments.
- Confidence leading cross functional projects and influencing stakeholders
- Experience delivering media or shopper campaigns from planning through to execution
- A proactive attitude, curiosity to learn and drive to make things happen
