Role Highlights

  • Bring the Audley Brand to Life - Lead the development and delivery of our brand across retail concessions, creating premium, inspiring, and consistent customer experiences
  • Create Memorable Experiences - Develop and deliver engaging in-store activations, events, partnerships, and storytelling moments that connect customers with our brand and drive commercial results.
  • Drive Brand Campaigns - Support the delivery of integrated brand campaigns across the UK and US, ensuring retail experiences align seamlessly with wider marketing activity.
  • Own Performance & Insights - Use customer insights, data, and research to optimise retail experiences, measure success, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Shape Brand Evolution - Act as a brand guardian, helping to drive brand consistency, innovation, and long-term brand growth across all customer touchpoints.

It Would Be Great If

  • You have experience working within a retail environment, ideally for a premium or luxury brand, and understand how to create exceptional customer experiences that reflect a high-quality brand proposition
  • You have successfully delivered activations, events, partnerships, or customer engagement initiatives
  • You have strong project management skills and can balance creativity with commercial objectives.
  • You are data-driven and comfortable measuring campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and using insights to improve future activity.
  • You are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and building memorable brands.

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • One of our recruiters will review your application personally, and if successful we will invite you to call to discuss your experience, motivations, and provide further information about the role.
  • Face-to-Face Interview with the Hiring Team – An opportunity to meet key stakeholders and explore your skills and experience in more detail. As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare and deliver a presentation, allowing you to showcase your strategic thinking, creativity, and communication skills.
  • Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
