Description

In this role, you will bring brands to life within the retail environment and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

You will:

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative trade and shopper marketing strategies
  • Create impactful campaigns and activations that reflect the luxury positioning of the brand
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to unlock growth opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, brand, and external agencies to ensure flawless execution
  • Manage budgets effectively, delivering strong ROI
  • Monitor and optimise performance through key KPIs

You will bring:

  • Experience within beauty/FMCG, ideally with exposure to luxury brands
  • Strong trade or shopper marketing expertise
  • A deep understanding of consumer behaviour and retail dynamics
  • Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for excellence
