Location: London Headquarters, UK

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager, Beauty, UK Region

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (10-12 months)

Your Role at Chanel

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of the skincare category and skincare campaign launches within the UK Region to further strengthen Chanel’s skincare credibility. This role is accountable for engaging clients across all touchpoints and ensuring the client experience is always cohesive and compelling.

What Impact You Can Create at Chanel

For the UK Region, the Skincare Brand Manager will:

  • Guide and inspire the teams across the business, optimising marketing plans to nourish brand equity, maximising incremental business opportunities and ensuring campaigns are aligned with the brand guidelines and business priorities.
  • Manage the integrated marketing calendar for all Skincare campaigns to deliver objectives for the UK region.
  • Lead 360 launch planning in collaboration with UK Regional teams to ensure plans are connected and amplified across all client touchpoints achieving business and brand objectives.
  • Lead forecasting and inventory management for the Region for all limited life and continuous new product launches in partnership with Commercial teams and Supply teams.
  • Handle budget management (Promotional and collateral budgets).
  • Conduct Market & Client Intelligence to provide in-depth knowledge of the market, with total mastery of the salient facts and the performance that drive it. Anticipate future opportunities via industry analysis, culture & trend forecasting and customer segment behaviours.
