About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join STADA UK's Specialty Pharmaceuticals team at a pivotal stage of growth. As Brand Manager, Specialty Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical brand plans across the Specialty portfolio, driving commercial performance while improving patient outcomes. Working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, you will use customer and market insights to shape strategy, lead cross-functional Brand Teams, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
We are looking for an energetic and collaborative marketer who thrives in a purpose-led, high-performing environment. You will play a key role in growing our brands, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, and helping STADA succeed in highly specialised therapy areas.
How You Will Make An Impact
Drive brand strategy and growth
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical brand plans that maximise commercial performance and improve patient outcomes.
- Use customer, market, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and shape future brand direction.
Deliver impactful marketing campaigns
- Create and implement integrated omnichannel campaigns that engage healthcare professionals and deliver measurable results.
- Work with agencies and cross-functional partners to develop compliant, high-quality promotional materials.

Collaborate across the business
- Lead cross-functional Brand Teams, partnering with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver brand objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Optimise performance
- Monitor brand performance, analyse market trends and customer insights, and use data to continuously refine strategy and improve results.
- Support forecasting and demand planning to help ensure uninterrupted product supply for patients.
Champion excellence
- Ensure all activities meet regulatory and compliance requirements while maintaining a patient-first mindset.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture that values ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
We're looking for a commercially-minded pharmaceutical marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You'll be passionate about improving patient outcomes, enjoy collaborating across functions, and be motivated by delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
You Will Bring
- A degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally within the innovative specialty care sector, with exposure to neurology, Parkinson's disease, nephrology, or other specialist therapy areas being advantageous.
- Experience supporting the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans in a regulated healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of brand planning, customer insights, market analysis, segmentation, and positioning.
- Experience delivering omnichannel marketing campaigns, including digital engagement and customer-centric communications.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market, sales, and customer data to inform business decisions.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, and the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.
- Understanding of the UK pharmaceutical market, including market access, reimbursement, and compliance requirements.
- A proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset, with the drive to take ownership, continuously improve, and make a positive impact for patients.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
