Brand Manager
Brand Manager | East Kilbride, Glasgow | £40,000 - £50,000
Do you believe in the power of a great brand, and take real pride in presenting one at its very best?
Talent Media is recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned Scottish crystal manufacturer based in East Kilbride, near Glasgow. A family-run business with over 40 years of heritage, our client is the creator of the world’s official whisky glass and the go-to partner for ultra-premium crystal and bespoke glassware across the global drinks industry. Their clients include every Scottish whisky producer, alongside prestigious partners worldwide.
This is a business with a genuinely world-class product, strong heritage, and real ambition for what comes next. They are now looking for a Brand Manager who knows how to build a brand, not just manage one.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will sit at the heart of the marketing function with genuine influence over how our client grows its brand reach and presence globally. This role is fully on-site.
Our client is well known for its iconic product. The opportunity now is to maximise everything around it. That means getting the product into people’s hands, managing agency relationships without losing sight of what needs to stay internal, and delivering campaigns that work across print, digital, media, and events in a joined-up, measurable way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Leading brand positioning and architecture across all markets and channels

- Comfortable with metrics, media planning, print, digital, and events
- A passion for premium, luxury products and an understanding of the drinks industry
- Someone who knows how to physically get a product in front of the right person and why that still matters
