About the Role
Pladis is a 27-bakery, 16,000-strong global team, united by a clear vision: to bring happiness with every bite. Our Melbourne Innovation Unit (MIU) Campus in Chiswick Park—nested in 33 acres of landscaped gardens in West London—is our vibrant global hub, housing UK and corporate teams in a setting designed for inspiration and agility.

As a Brand Manager within Social Sharing, you won’t just sit behind a desk—you’ll own revenue targets, lead strategic initiatives, and build market-leading brands that resonate globally. Your influence goes all the way up to Director and UK Exec levels, and your projects will push boundaries, innovate, and deliver measurable growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Teach portfolio segments, adjusting underperformance, and activating cross-functional teams to achieve results • Partner with your line manager to define and execute the 3-year strategic plan, ensuring alignment with pladis UK performance metrics • Develop and deliver annual brand plans, then rigorously monitor performance—taking lean fault-finding action when necessary • Use data (IRI/Nielsen/Kantar) and consumer insights to guide brand innovation and product renovation • Lead project management for innovation initiatives, with careful brand gate reviews monthly • Initiate integrated marketing campaigns across OOH, digital, social, and in-store channels • Champion the brand internally and externally: ensuring champions across all stakeholders—from commercial teams to technical suppliers • Integrate commercially across the brand portfolio, working with product partners to hit profit and growth goals • Influence without formal authority: using negotiation skills to align teams and drive change • Be the brand’s consumer voice, using competitive and insights-driven insights to uncover growth opportunities and share gains

Who You Are (Essential Experience)
✅ Proven Brand Management experience in S&D or FMCG – bringing both outside-in consumer and inside-out commercial perspectives to the table ✅ Rockstar at multi-disciplinary collaboration – leading cross-functional projects with no formal hierarchy ✅ Data-driven executioner – experienced working with IRI/Nielsen and analytical tools (Kantar/JD Power) ✅ Clear testament to your self-motivation: comfortably balancing rapid project work across fragmented teams ✅ Contribution to new product improvements or launches using cost/benefit analysis ✅ Zealous in ưỡng sales growth through market research, data interpretation, or competitive analysis
