Brand Marketing Assistant | Training Provided

The strongest brands are not built through advertising alone. They grow when customers understand them, trust them and remember the experience they had with them.

Sage is expanding its Birmingham marketing team and is looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to support live campaigns for established UK brands. This is a practical opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating ideas and being involved in campaigns where the results can be seen in real time.

Based in Birmingham City Centre, you will work alongside an experienced campaign team, learning how brands attract attention, communicate their message and build stronger relationships with customers.

Why We Are Recruiting

Our Birmingham client portfolio is growing, with new campaign activity creating additional opportunities across the team.

We are therefore looking for someone who can bring energy, professionalism and fresh thinking to the role. You may already have experience in retail, hospitality, events or customer service, or you may be looking for your first opportunity after university.

Marketing experience is not required. What matters most is that you are comfortable meeting people, willing to learn and capable of representing our clients to a high standard.

What the Role Involves

As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will help deliver face-to-face campaigns designed to improve brand awareness, customer engagement and campaign reach.

Rather than spending the day behind a desk, you will be actively involved in campaign delivery. You will speak with customers, introduce brands and services, answer questions and help create a professional experience at every interaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
