Brand Marketing & Communications Manager
Brand Marketing Manager | Beauty & Personal Care | London (Hybrid, 3:2)
About the Role
An exciting hybrid role is available for an experienced Brand, Marketing or Communications Manager to join a rapidly growing international beauty and personal care business based in London.
As part of a global team, you’ll:
- Shape and execute communications strategies across PR, social media, and brand messaging
- Lead a small communications team while managing agency relationships across multiple European territories
- Report directly to the Communications Director in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Travel between key territories (e.g., UK, Germany, France, Poland) will be required.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Develop and implement Global Communications Strategies aligned with commercial objectives, adapting for UK/EU beauty & personal care brands
- Oversee PR, social media, influencer campaigns, and global brand communications, ensuring consistency
- Manage cross-departmental partnerships with marketing, commercial, and leadership teams across territories
- Define and track KPIs for PR, social communications, and agency performance reporting

Executive & commercial management
- Champion annual communications plans and budget accountability from campaign development to ROI evaluation
- Simul-state project management: Launch 3+ product launches concurrently (e.g., skincare, make-up, wellness), syncing with trade shows and marketing calendars
- Conduct agency tender reviews and monitor performance to drive strategic alignment
Stakeholder & team engagement
- Represent the business to international PR/comms agencies and Beauty Stop retailers (cross-border, cross-category)
- Coach and mentor startups – career developers on brand storytelling and crafts analytics
- Build a team culture of transparency and high‐performance
Key Qualifications
Experience & expertise
- 3+ years in a senior brand/comms role (e.g., Brand Manager, Head of Communications/Media, Social Head*)
- Managing multiple brands and product ranges (luxury/high street), aligning messaging across UK cities for Europe or emerging markets
- Proven hands‐on track record with:
- Innovative PR campaigns (press, influencer, red carpet)
- Social media strategy (platform conversations, paid spend, community engagement)
- Employee advocacy programs ( Gewinn‐builder, conference speaking)

Technical competence
- Europe‐focused confidence (e.g., a tracker of trends/regulations, consumer sentiment)
- Excel skills: Cost forecasts/activity tracking with granular data analysis
- Ability to facilitate small or large meetings with minimum input preparation
Team leadership
- Entry‐level coaching experience (preferable), with keen interest in mentorship
- Accountability on collective goals: deals experience working with cross‐functional stakeholders
What We Offer
- £50,000–£55,000 base salary (dependent on expertise)
- Hybrid model: 3 selected London based in our Draglings headquarters, 2 days WFH
- International travel (pre–launch events in major EU cities).
