About Confetti Group

Confetti Group is home to a portfolio of ambitious, fast-growing fragrance brands that are redefining the way consumers discover and experience scent. We work with leading retailers, strategic partners, and creators to build brands that people genuinely love.

We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organised Marketing & Brand Coordinator to work closely with our Managing Director and Sales Team, helping bring ideas to life while ensuring our brands continue to grow across multiple channels.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants exposure to every aspect of modern brand building. You’ll be involved in everything from marketing strategy and influencer partnerships to retailer communications, campaign execution, and product launches.

The Role

You’ll act as the link between our commercial, marketing, and distribution partners, helping ensure projects move forward smoothly and opportunities are never missed.

Working directly alongside the Managing Director, you’ll gain first-hand experience of growing consumer brands while taking ownership of a wide variety of marketing and coordination projects.

No two days will be the same.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Managing Director and Sales Team with day-to-day marketing coordination.
  • Liaise with marketing teams at key retail customers and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity.
  • Assist with social media planning, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Research and develop influencer and creator partnerships.
  • Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities that build brand awareness.
  • Coordinate marketing assets and ensure customers receive the materials they need.
  • Help organise photoshoots, product launches, events, and brand activations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends within beauty, fragrance, and social media.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports where required.
  • Work across multiple brands, ensuring projects remain organised and on schedule.
  • Contribute ideas creatively while also rolling up your sleeves to help execute them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience

We’re far more interested in attitude, potential, and quality than the number of years you’ve spent in a similar role.

Whether you’ve gained experience through work, university, personal projects, running social media accounts, or building relationships with creators, we’d love to hear from you.

If you’re curious, driven, and excited about growing brands, we’ll provide the opportunity to learn and develop.

Working Arrangement

  • Primarily remote (UK-based).
  • Occasional meetings and collaborative sessions at our London headquarters.
  • Flexible working environment with the opportunity to work closely alongside senior leadership.

What You’ll Gain

This isn’t a traditional marketing coordinator role.

You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, brand building, retailer relationships, product development, influencer marketing, commercial planning, and business growth.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, learn quickly, and help build some of the UK’s fastest-growing fragrance brands, we’d love to hear from you.
