Role requires a Brand & Marketing Director with a proven track record scaling luxury or premium fashion brands internationally, and overseeing Creative & Design, PR & Influencer, Marketing, Social, Content, and Brand Activation.
Our client is one of the quietly compelling names in modern British luxury. A house built around beautifully crafted leather accessories, made ethically by trusted ateliers, with a founding commitment to giving back at its emotional heart. Worn by tastemakers, editors and cultural figures across the world, the brand has grown deliberately and with discipline, with the founder still at its creative centre. They're now entering a new retail chapter, with an expanded international presence and an evolving global brand platform.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Founder, you'll own the global brand, marketing and communications strategy, defining and evolving the brand vision, visual identity and creative direction across every channel. You'll set the creative standard across campaigns, photography, content and communications, and lead a high-performing team spanning Creative & Design, PR & Influencer, Marketing, Social, Content, and Brand Activation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
