Type: Full-time
Why Each Person
At Each Person, we help businesses create more connected, engaged and supported workplaces through meaningful employee benefits and recognition. We’re looking for a Brand and Marketing Executive to join our team in a hands-on, varied role that blends brand design, client communications, content creation and marketing support.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial impact. You’ll work across a broad mix of projects, from designing branded materials and writing website copy to supporting PR activity, improving SEO performance and helping deliver events. No two days will look the same, and you’ll play an important role in how our brand shows up for clients, prospects and partners.
The Role
As Brand and Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of marketing and brand activity across the business. You’ll help bring campaigns and communications to life visually and verbally, ensuring everything we produce feels on-brand, engaging and effective.
You’ll work on a mix of creative, content and coordination tasks, supporting both internal marketing activity and client-facing communications. This role would suit someone who is confident writing copy, using AI tools, has a good eye for design, and enjoys working across multiple channels and projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
