As a Brand & Marketing Executive, you'll play a central role in how Queensmith shows up online. This is a hands-on position where you'll take real ownership of our SEO and digital content.

Our marketing strategy is built around organic growth, expert-led content and a best-in-class website experience. You'll help drive this forward: spotting opportunities in search, creating thoughtful and engaging content, and constantly improving how customers discover, explore and engage with Queensmith online.

You'll work alongside a talented and collaborative team - including Brand & Marketing Seniors, our PR Executive, Social Team and in-house Photographer - where ideas move quickly and everyone contributes to the bigger picture. Whether it's developing a new content series, refining high-impact landing pages, or collaborating on campaigns, you'll have the chance to make a real mark on a growing brand.

This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious about how brands grow, enjoys turning insight into action, and takes pride in producing work that is thoughtful, polished and effective. We're looking for someone who wants to learn fast, think strategically and take ownership, someone who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the next stage of Queensmith's growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
