Brand Marketing Lead

We are recruiting for a Brand Marketing Lead to deliver impactful brand marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive commercial performance, and create exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels and markets.

About the Role

As Brand Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and amplifying the brand while delivering customer-focused marketing strategies that support both commercial objectives and long-term brand growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and insight teams, you will lead the development and execution of high-profile campaigns, activations, and events, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across every customer touchpoint. You will also be responsible for driving Own Label marketing initiatives across multiple product categories, balancing creative excellence with measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing brand marketing strategies that align with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term brand positioning.
  • Leading major campaigns, activations, and events from concept through to execution, ensuring consistency with brand strategy and messaging.
  • Using customer insights and performance data to establish KPIs, optimise marketing activity, and deliver measurable results.
  • Driving the marketing strategy for Own Label categories, delivering commercially successful campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Championing brand governance across the business, ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied and embedded in key projects and initiatives.

About You

You will be an experienced brand marketing professional with a passion for creating customer-centric marketing strategies that deliver both commercial success and long-term brand value. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently leading multiple projects while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and agency partners. You will bring a strategic mindset combined with strong commercial awareness, enabling you to balance creative ambition with measurable outcomes. As a natural collaborator and leader, you will inspire those around you, influence decision-making, and drive excellence across every stage of the marketing journey. You will also be highly organised, adaptable, and motivated by delivering impactful results.

Essential requirements:

  • Significant experience within brand marketing, ideally gained in luxury, retail, lifestyle, or other customer-focused sectors.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing external agencies to successfully deliver complex marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, supported by a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and decision-making.
