Brand Marketing Manager
Exclusive opportunity to join a nationally recognised retail and automotive services organisation as a Brand Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support the delivery of consumer marketing campaigns, retail brand initiatives and customer engagement activity during a busy period of transformation and growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to a marketing professional with strong campaign delivery experience who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced, matrix-led environment and confidently manage projects from concept through to execution.
Hybrid working – Hampshire or Warwickshire – 2 days a week in office, 3 from home
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of integrated consumer marketing and retail brand campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Support the implementation and activation of brand strategy across customer-facing campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinate marketing projects from initial briefing through to implementation, execution and review
- Deliver customer engagement activity across retail environments and marketing channels
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all channels, creative output and customer communications
- Bring the brand to life through creative campaign execution and customer-facing activity
- Write creative and design briefs and coordinate agency relationships and external partners
- Build strong relationships with marketing colleagues and operational stakeholders to support campaign delivery
- Work collaboratively across channel and marketing teams within a matrix structure
- Support budget tracking and ensure activity aligns to wider commercial objectives
- Review and proof marketing and creative materials to ensure quality and brand consistency

- Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Executive with experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Background within retail, consumer or multi-site marketing environments preferred
- Strong campaign management and consumer marketing experience across multiple channels
- Experience working with agencies and external partners
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Creative, hands-on and delivery-focused approach with strong attention to detail
