Are you a brand marketer who wants more than just delivering campaigns - someone who wants to own work, shape ideas and see them through from start to finish?
Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity) is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead projects, take ownership of delivery and play a key part in how our brand shows up across the organisation and in the outside world.
Since launching our brand refresh, we’re building momentum - and we’re looking for someone who can create clear, engaging and consistently high quality work. From major campaigns to everyday touchpoints, you’ll ensure our brand doesn’t just appear but connects.
You’ll have the autonomy to lead projects end-to-end working with teams across the charity and hospital to turn ideas into well-executed activity that people notice, understand and remember.
Salary
The salary for this position is £45,754 per annum and this is a 12-month fixed term contract. In line with our hybrid working policy, there is a requirement to be in the office two days per week.
In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand marketing projects from concept to delivery, taking full ownership of planning, execution and evaluation.
- Bring the brand to life across campaigns, channels and partner activity ensuring everything we do feels consistent, engaging and well-crafted.
- Work closely with fundraising and other teams to shape campaigns, embedding brand thinking from the outset.
- Turn audience insight and brand strategy into clear, effective and creative marketing activity.
- Manage projects confidently, working with stakeholders and agencies to keep work moving, aligned and delivered to a high standard.
- Evaluate performance and use insight to improve future activity, strengthening the impact of our brand over time.
- Champion the brand across the organisation, helping others understand how to apply it and why it matters.
- Spot opportunities to strengthen the brand in both big and small ways and take the lead in bringing these to life.
- Plan and deliver internal brand communications, ensuring teams feel informed, confident and equipped.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience leading brand marketing activity or campaigns, with clear ownership of delivery.
- Experience managing and applying a brand across different channels and audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple workstreams and deliver at pace.
- Ability to translate insight into ideas that are clear, engaging and effective.
- Experience using data and research to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners.
- A proactive, self-starting approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive work forward.
