Brand Marketing Manager

Application Deadline: 13 May 2026

Department: Marketing & Communications

Location: Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity

Compensation: £45,754 / year

Description

Are you a brand marketer who wants more than just delivering campaigns - someone who wants to own work, shape ideas and see them through from start to finish?

Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH Charity) is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead projects, take ownership of delivery and play a key part in how our brand shows up across the organisation and in the outside world.

Since launching our brand refresh, we’re building momentum - and we’re looking for someone who can create clear, engaging and consistently high quality work. From major campaigns to everyday touchpoints, you’ll ensure our brand doesn’t just appear but connects.

You’ll have the autonomy to lead projects end-to-end working with teams across the charity and hospital to turn ideas into well-executed activity that people notice, understand and remember.

Salary

The salary for this position is £45,754 per annum and this is a 12-month fixed term contract. In line with our hybrid working policy, there is a requirement to be in the office two days per week.

In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
