Brand Marketing Manager London | UK / Ireland / Netherlands / Belgium / Denmark Hybrid working

At Sunglass Hut, we don’t just sell sunglasses, we create moments. Bold. Iconic. Unapologetically confident.

As part of EssilorLuxottica, the global leader in premium eyewear, we bring world-leading brands to life, including Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban, Oakley and Oliver Peoples, through unforgettable retail experiences across Europe.

Right now, we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to step into a fast-paced, high-impact role within our Retail Marketing team in London. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our mono-brand strategy across five markets and drive real commercial impact.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of our marketing engine, bringing the Sunglass Hut brand to life across store, digital, and social channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead the execution of bold, consumer-first campaigns that inspire and drive traffic across our retail network. You’ll:

  • Own and deliver the marketing calendar across UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark
  • Activate campaigns end-to-end across stores, CRM, digital and social
  • Translate global brand direction into locally relevant, high-impact activations
  • Bring our stores to life through experiential events, VIP moments and partnerships
  • Collaborate with Regional and Store teams to ensure best-in-class execution
  • Manage agencies and suppliers from brief to delivery
  • Drive traffic, engagement and commercial performance across our mono brands

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
