A fast-growing fashion brand redefining everyday outerwear.
London, UK | Hybrid Working (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Founded in the UK in 2021, PUFFIT has sold over 1 million jackets across the UK, US, and Europe, becoming one of the fastest-growing functionality outerwear brands on TikTok.
This year we are entering an exciting new chapter. PUFFIT is evolving from a performance-driven outerwear brand into a modern lifestyle fashion brand, creating collections that combine effortless style with functional innovation. From our iconic Ready Rain collection to our newly launched Effortless Collection, we're building a brand that helps people feel confident, comfortable, and ready for every day.
As we continue expanding internationally, we're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help shape the future of the PUFFIT brand and significantly broaden our brand awareness across global markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
