About The Role
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
As brand Marketing Manager, you will champion and evolve the Springer Health+ and Adis brands globally, locally, and across journal platforms. Your expertise will lie at the intersection of science, thoughtful storytelling, and targeted campaigns—transforming intricate research into compelling narratives that resonate with key audiences:

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Brand & Communications
- Strengthen brand recognition, alignment, and market differentiation across Springer Health+ and Adis
- Act as an internal brand ambassador, aligning messaging, tone, and visual identity across teams
- Elevate brand perception through PR, external communications, conferences, and industry partnerships
🔹 Thought Leadership & Content Creation
- Generate and own thought leadership initiatives to boost credibility and commercial impact
- Partner with scientific and commercial stakeholders to develop highly engaging research-driven content (white papers, reports, webinars, case studies)
- Translate cutting-edge science into clear, actionable narratives for variable audiences
- Pilot AI-assisted tools to enhance ideation, content validation, and scalable creation
🔹 Strategic Marketing & Campaigns
- Shape and deliver integrated B2B digital campaigns (email, social, content, events)
- Deploy data-driven insights to optimize targeted messaging for health, pharma, and academic audiences
- Leverage AI in campaign analysis, audience segmentation, and measurable success tracking

🔹 Leadership & Interdisciplinary Collaboration
- Coordinate efforts between Springer Health+’s global/local teams
- Work closely with sales, development, commerce, and edit teams to align marketing strategies
- Manage partnerships with external agencies/creatives to amplify impact
About You
Who We're Looking For
A curious marketer who bridges science and narrative, backed by hands-on expertise in medical/pharma ecosystems.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Degree/certifications in marketing, science communication, biology, healthcare, or business
- Proven stellar track record of designing and executing B2B campaigns
- Superior storytelling skills, particularly in translating scientific jargon
- Ability to collaborate across departments (commercial-scientific-technical)
- Diplomatic communication—balancing clarity with professional insider knowledge
- Self-starter with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
Bonus Points
- Preference for AI tools in content enhancement, marketing automation, or analytics
- SEO/social/paid media mastery (desirable but not mandatory)
