Brand Marketing Manager
Exclusive opportunity to join a nationally recognised retail and automotive services organisation as a Brand Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will support the delivery of consumer marketing campaigns, retail brand initiatives, and customer engagement activity during a high-impact period of transformation and growth.
This is a hands-on role suited to an established marketing professional with strong brand and campaign delivery experience. You should be able to quickly integrate into a fast-paced, matrix-led environment and confidently manage campaigns from concept to execution.
Hybrid working model:
- Office-based (2 days a week) in Hampshire or Warwickshire
- Remote (3 days a week)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integrated consumer marketing and retail brand campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Support the implementation and activation of brand strategy in customer-facing campaigns and initiatives
- Lead projects from concept to execution, including briefing, implementation, and review
- Drive customer engagement activity across retail environments and marketing channels
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all channels, creative output, and customer communications
- Bring the brand to life through creative campaign execution and customer-facing activity
- Write creative and design briefs and manage agency relationships and external partners
- Collaborate closely with operational stakeholders, including centre managers and regional leadership teams
- Work across channel and marketing teams within a matrix structure to deliver integrated campaigns
- Support budget management, ensuring activities align with commercial and business objectives
- Review and proof marketing and creative materials to uphold quality and brand consistency

Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ experience as an established Brand Marketing Manager or equivalent
- Industry experience preferred in retail, automotive, consumer or multi-site marketing environments
- Strong background in campaign management and consumer marketing across multiple channels
- Commercially driven, with experience in budget management and supporting business performance objectives
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, working seamlessly with marketing and operational teams
- Experience managing agencies, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix marketing structure
- Advanced project management and organisational skills to handle multiple workstreams efficiently
- Creative, hands-on, and delivery-focused mindset with a willingness to support day-to-day execution
