Brand Marketing Manager - B2B Tech (Hybrid, Reading) – Salary up to £80k + bonus
About the Role & Company
Our client is a trusted player in the UK’s digital and technology landscape, powering the systems and services that connect businesses, industries, and communities. With ambitious growth plans—expanding offerings, modernising propositions, and scaling into new markets—brand has never been more critical to driving commercial success.
This is a newly created role for a marketer with a passion for pushing momentum. You’ll define the company’s brand identity, shape its story, and deliver campaigns that elevate them in a fast-moving, competitive B2B environment.
What You’ll Do
As the Brand Marketing Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading brand strategy to align with growth, product launches, and market expansion
- Developing high-impact campaigns to build awareness, credibility, and preference across B2B audiences
- Crafting positioning and messaging that simplifies complex propositions into memorable brand narratives
- Running an evergreen brand programme to strengthen reputation and educate the market
- Collaborating with Product, Sales, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure brand activity fuels pipeline and commercial goals
- Maintaining consistency across all channels and creative executions
- Data-driven optimisation of campaigns to refine strategy and track brand impact

Responsibilities
✔ Strategic Leadership
- Align brand strategy with business growth objectives
- Lead brand workshops and define brand guidelines
✔ Campaign Development
- Create integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, trade shows, and content channels
- Ensure creative executes align with brand direction
✔ Messaging & Positioning
- Distill technical/complex messages into clear, compelling narratives
- Own brand tone, voice, and storytelling
✔ Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen teams to ensure brand aligns with commercial goals
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver high-impact work
✔ Analysis & Performance
- Track brand KPIs (awareness, credibility, lead generation)
- Adjust strategies based on data and competitive insights
Requirements
This role is ideal for a ** erfahrenes B2B Brand Marketer** with a track record in tech, infrastructure, telecoms, or engineering (or similar complex sectors). You’ll need to:
🔹 Campaign Execution
- Build ** integrated campaigns** across multiple channels (digital, paid, trade, content)
- Translate brand strategy into tangible, distinctive messaging
🔹 Agency & Team Collaboration
- Work confidently with creative studios and internal marketing teams
- Balance creativity with commercial imperatives
🔹 Demand Generation Insight
- Partner with demand gen teams to convert brand-building activities into pipeline
- Understand the commercial ripple effect of brand investment

🔹 Technical Expertise
- Strong familiarity with B2B tech, telecoms, or infrastructure sectors (a plus)
- Ability to simplify complex technical language for non-specialist audiences
