About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will shape and grow the Springer Health+ and Adis brands globally, locally, and within their journal portfolios.
What You Will Deliver
- Integrated B2B marketing programmes that consolidate Springer Nature’s position as a trusted partner in healthcare communications and scientific engagement
- Collaborations at the intersection of science, content, and marketing

- Strengthen and evolve Springer Health+ and Adis brands to increase:
- Recognition
- Consistency
- Market differentiation across global markets
- Be the brand ambassador internally, ensuring alignment and consistency across teams
- Maintain a consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity in all communications
- Support:
- PR activities
- External communications
- Conference engagement

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Educational background at degree level or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in:
- Healthcare communications
- Scientific publishing
- Medical education
- Proven experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong abilities in:
- Content development
- Storytelling (especially in scientific/healthcare contexts)
- Ability to simplify complex scientific concepts for marketing purposes
- Familiarity with cross-functional teamwork (scientific, commercial, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organisation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience:
- Analysing marketing metrics
- Optimising strategies based on insights
- Interest in leveraging AI tools for:
- Marketing
- Content generation
