Brand Marketing Manager

Description

Footasylum is a leading UK-based retailer specialising in streetwear and sportswear, committed to delivering innovative and trend-setting products to our customers, with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join the well-established Marketing team at Footasylum. This is a brand new role with the opportunity to oversee brand marketing across 50+ third party brands and 10 Footasylum own brands. You will manage a high functioning and talented team of 3, reporting directly into the Head of Marketing.

The role is a vital one internally and externally, being the face of Footasylum marketing with all brand partners and driving success and expansion of own brands across UK and International markets. You will oversee strategy, 7 figure budgets and team management while also having your own brands and campaigns to run partnering with brands such as Nike, adidas, New Balance & more.

Internal and external relationship management/building is vital to the role and the candidate will need to display excellent communication skills. Working with our internal buying, merchandising, creative, wholesale, ecomm & retail will all be vital to the success of the role, as well as external relationship building and maintaining.

You’ll be working in a fast paced and energetic environment and will be expected to bring a level of maturity and passion within the role. Experience within fashion or brand roles would be preferable as well as previous management of a team.

We will expect you to leverage understanding of youth culture to develop and progress strategy for brand partners as well as reporting back on campaign performance via pre agreed ROIs.

The Team

The brand marketing team functions as a part of the larger marketing department and we work extremely closely with creative, ecomm and the studio team to bring brands/campaigns to market, in line with the individual consumer groups.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
